Bombo, Uganda, August 21- 26th 2017

OPERATION HEALTHY AFRICA headed by it’s President Dr. Dapo Popoola recently returned from Bombo, Uganda after celebrating the tenth anniversary of the Bombo Medical Mission Clinic which was established in 2008 by a local community church, Peninsula Community Church in Ranchos Palos Verdes.
Twenty seven volunteers made up of American doctors from across the USA, nurses, and church patrons, set up a free medical clinic at Bombo Pentecostal Church for the tenth year in a row. The six day clinic helped about 6000 patients majority of which are medical, gynecological and pediatric cases. Over seventy surgeries were also performed. Patients traveled as far as two hundred miles to receive treatments for various ailments including HIV, AIDS.
